Got a call to my cell this afternoon at 4:47pm due to sickness and at work, I can't speak loud and this person called my name twice (at first I though it was some recruiters cuz I recently applied to so many jobs) however since he doesn't hear my respone when he called my name (I response: speaking) he said No English, then hang up on me.  His weird action made me to do a research on this no to see which company this no falls on however it bring me to this link and I think this is very useful.

I HAVE CALLED IT BACK AND IT SAID THIS MESSAG IS FORWARD TO A ANSWERING ,MACHINE SO I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THAT SAYING WHY BOTHER DONT YOU HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO THAN HANG UP AT THE LEAST SAY ANYTHING  YOU ARFE BEING RUDE THEN I HUNG UP
