Yes, AR is correct, its apparently a person from "Microsoft support" they have you look through your event viewer and stuff like that to make it appear to be real. After about 5 minutes of them "helping" they say they are going to connect you to a service tech.
They then tell you to go to www.support.me where you are given an access pin, a file gets downloaded on to your system, which, on a windows system does 2 things, first off after the self-executing exe file unzips its program and "searches" for the virus. A secondary remote access program starts up and someone gain access to your computer. This is just like the old back oriface programs from the 90's.
Its actually quite funny because I asked the kid on the phone "how stupid are you?" He replied "no you stupid!"
I threatened to kill him and burry him in the ground, I do hope he calls the police and has me arrested like he threatened.

Called one of my home phone last year November. Went to voicemail but didn't leave any message.Called my cell phone this year. Went to voicemail and still didn't leave any message. I called back the number and after two rings the automated message said ""We're sorry the number you have reached is not in service...."

(519) 570-4223 called 12:00 noon 08-30-11 came up as unknown name If you dont want to show me who you are...sqrew you! Called back...this # is not in service.

I just got a cal from this # (519) 570-4223 I answered and nobody said nothing. Have had them before too.

they are using skype - making it look like a local number. they are calling from europe about some business thing - I had to pry that out as they wanted the manager and I said no - and they kept wanting to hang up and not say why they are calling.
