Looks like they have another number (519) 370-6477don't fall for their scam

"Won a Disney Vacation" scam. I stalled them so I could research, and it is most definitely a scam. They will be calling back next week and I'll be having a bit of fun with them on the phone. Definitely do not give in to these thieves.

I just had some lady call me about a free trip to disney "and that's not all". She kelt asking me for the last four digits of my chequing account and i repeatedly told her I was not able to give her that information due to the fact that i was at a friends house. She kept repeating herself, adding some stuff about how disney is a reputable company that would never allow scams...or however it was she said it all... So i finally hung up. It was very discomforting to know that she had so much of my information "on file" though....how do you stop such things from happening with the internet running wild these days? Here is the number they used to call me:  +1 (289) 768-0107I did some more research and found out it could also be a timeshare thing...

automated message.  Saying we have a pakage to be delivered to you.  please stay on the line for the custerm service rep to make arrangements.I called back with interenet phone and asked WHAT company this was and was told that they represent sevral different companys.  I told him i was on the DNC list, and he said this wasnt a telemarketer and that they had a pakage for me.   I said thanks, and ended the call.

They called my place about 20 minutes ago.  I asked them to hold on while I called the police from another number to verify their company information.  They hung up.  

The call came in from caller id (519) 484-0580 and after a 5 minute pitch of the vacation package I won, he transferred me to another number.  I asked this 2nd person to provide me his phone number but he kept saying he'd give it me later but needed my credit card first to hold the package.  This discussion went on for several iterations and he kept telling me to look at my caller id display.  I suspect that the calls are initially placed from north america but then being transferred overseas for completing the fraud.

Not sure how they got my number, name, and birthdate.  I am wondering if anything to do with the fact that I registered for store coupons on a site called websaver.ca

I had a called from (519) 488-0580 stating that I won a vacation to Disney. Not the first time, but they use different phone numbers every time. They just don't let you talk even though you say several times that you're not interested. I ended the call, but I know that they will call back. Next time I will let them say, what they have to say, and will ask that they cross out my name from their list. I am also on the DNC list
