Got a call on an UNPUBLISHED number assigned to a device. My investigation tells me it's a VOIP dialer - perhaps automated.

I just received a call from this number. I am in BC. It said it was Airmiles and I had just won or qualified to receive a Christmas surprise and was to press 1. I didn't and hung up.
