called today, unaudible message

I got two  messages of them in the past two days. It is an automatic voice, very hard to understand. I'm on a no call list too. Ils ont appelé deux fois dans les deux derniers jours, c'est un message enregistré, on ne comprend presque rien. Détestable.

Received  phone call from (514) 667-0093, a synthetic voice , very poor quality communication, impossible to understand message,  only the last few words "Thanks for calling"  and THEY are the one  who called.  I am on a no calll list.

first time seeing this number, didn't pick it up but it didn't leave a message
