Apparently- if you have not received the product in 30days, credit card companies can dispute the amount under goods not received. Send a cancellation email on all orders and future orders to cover your side and keep that email as proof. In the meantime, call your credit card companies beforehand to alert them so that when you call back 30days later, they have a note of your call to pursue the matter. Other than that, i guess unless you are a super hacker who can gain justice for the rest of us victims, there is not much of a way to get these scammers.

I wrote this letter to the acai health company as they are charging me for no reasons:

Dear Mr. John Miles,

I regret to inform u tht, i am very dissatisfied by the service of ur team

Earlier, whn i read abt your offer from a frd of mine (on your website) it was mentioned try it for 5.99$ or something.
N when i made the payment for the trial bottle, i was charged 21$. Now I dun understand how on earth can you charge 3times the amount earlier.

Secondly, it took nearly abt a fortnite for the bottle to be delivered

But then all of a sudden I get the latest email some 2 days after the bottle is deliverd that you will be
charged some 80$ for the bottle as (As you have not emailed us that you would like to return us the unused portion of the pills at
the end of 15 days, we thank you for the acceptance of our product and we have now charged your order EPW-265233 $79.95 for the product received) then this is just not fair.

So i'm really sorry to inform you that i would like to return the bottle. As it is I have just used it a couple of times.

Hence, i would really appreciate that you let me the procedure to return the bottle to you asap and kindly not to charge the 80$
to my account.

What business has this number?

I am in the process of disputing the transaction that being charged to be for 79.95 on my credit card.  I also reported my card as stolen so that they can change the number and give me new card because I know this company will keep charging people from the story I read online.  We need to report this company as Fraud.  It seemed that they have product shipped from China and it is not just for vital rezv, it's other herbal product as well that being shipped from the same company but maybe through different email addresses.  The email that sent to me was sent by paulbundt @ gmail.com saying  that I will be charged on my credit card.   I sent multiple emails regarding to cancelling this product with no luck.  I think we all need to also report this incident to consumer report as well.

the same thing happened to me, with the acai berry tablets. i have contacted the bbb and waiting for a reply. i also filed a complaint with my bank and will be going to cancel my debit card to avoid what i am hearing here, additional charges. please... if anyone gets anywhere let us all know so we can proceed and stop these people from doing this to others.. and..i WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL FIGHT UNTIL I DO!  i and it seems you all.. did not approve these charges. someone has to be responsible....... i think the BANK! they allowed it and should not have.

i get the same messages.. however, once did reach a shannon crane who said the order (which i didn't make) was canceled and gave me the e mail for a refund ( which never ever replied)that is all i have for now.. will try to up date if i get anything else....
