Got a call today at 1h36 PM, rang 3 times and hung up.  ID is Projectone....

Received a call from (514) 448-4242 today. The phone rang once or twice and then hung-up. Googled the number out and found out that it is telemarketing. Called them went through their menue and pressed the option for registering for their service (so I managed to get through right away). Told them to take me of their call list they responded yes and asked for my phone number. Will let you know later if it worked out.

Missed call, no ID, no answering. No care.

This is a Montreal phone number, if you are trying to call back you find Project 1 which offers you for 10$/month unlimited long distance calls!!! It is an unsolicited call.
