PCMall is one of the third largest resellers in the USA, and are a publicly traded company. There is no scam, and they usually call companies already in their database that have done business previously. I've worked with them for years, and these people are just trying to do their job like everyone else. It's not telemarketing, they are a solutions provider, and I receive great service from them. You all would do well to answer the phone and listen to what they have to say.

your # is in our system because you have bought from us(have never bought a single thing from PCmall but get calls once a day because our front desk lady dared to say...yes we have an IT guy)why dont you just pick up the phone?(because after the first time we pick up the phone and say no thanks...we get calls over and over and over and over)stop your whinning(that attitude is the exact reason why me and alot of others will never do buisness with you)

Called our house today.  There's no reason anyone in Montreal would be calling, so we didn't pick up.  Left no message.

I used to answer this call, and tell the sales person that we're not interested in purchasing anything at the time being, but in case we need to, I'll give him a call. But it doesn't matter what one says, he just keeps calling on a daily basis. Caller ID is just great, cause I recognize the number, and never answer him any more.He sometimes leaves a message, and other time don't.The call is coming from PC Mall (514) 373-8700

call at 6:31AM PST... no vm.
