Called today, message left, no talking, but could hear voices or a TV in the background

Called 5 times today waking us up twice. Three calls were within an hour. Called back and it was a recorded message by someone with a French accent. Couldn't understand the company name but I we definately heard the word "marketing". Does anyone have information about these morons?
