i get called 3 or 4 times a week and i want it to stop. Its all happening in moncton nb

Caller: “Samantha” via telegram app

Please beware! This number is being used to attempt employment scam and fraud. They will conduct an interview with you after you apply for a fake job on zip recruiter, indeed or Facebook. You will be contacted by text first then directed to contact this number on an app called telegram, from there these people will pretend to do a virtual interview (because of Covid or make up something about the lady conducting the interview is hearing impaired)

They will go to great lengths to make you believe this is a real job and will use a real company’s name and information.

Once the interview is done the following day they will likely send you a job offer, and require you to “accept immediately”, they will then ask what your bank is and for other personal information so that they can send you money for software and equipment for your home office. Do not give banking information as they will wipe your account clean! This is a huge scam and they are trying to take advantage of vulnerable people.

If you’re reading this, go to hell f*ckers, you’ve been reported to RCMP, and other sources and you will be caught!
