Marc is right, this is an empty number that Skype uses. I asked my dad if he'd called me last night from Skype around that time and he said he did. I just tried calling myself from my Skype account, and the same number came up. Mystery solved. I saved it in my phone under the name "Looks Like Someone's Skyping Me!".

Got a call from this number but wasn't home.  Didn't bother to call it back because they didn't leave a message - it was just listed on my call log.  Have no idea whose number this is.

This is a standard outbound number used for a variety of services. I know for one that this number will show up on Skype calls, as well as certain PBXs in the Fredericton, New Brunswick area.
