Received call from (506) 227-03051 (longer number than regular phone number).  "Tony" stated the credit card service was offering a lower interest on my credit card.  When I asked what credit card they hung up.  I called (506) 227-0305 the voice mail name is Bryan Morris, but voice mail message is full.
