When I clicked on 1 to get a live rep they said they were a financial services company which was offering to lower my interest rate. They could not tell me who they were and when I told them my number was listed on the National do not call registry they told me ?my number was not listed on their do not call list. These people are a scam company that  is just fshing for financial information. Unless you want to be an ID theft victim I would stay away, hang up and file complaints with the FCC, AG, and Do not call registry.

Same deal constant 4-5 times a day. Its a telemarketer!

I also got this phone call with no message. I reversed it and it looks like a telamarketer. Dont answer it- you might get hit with a long distance call to Canada.

Call received on 8/13/08 2:45PST. I did not answer. Left no message. Looks like it is a telemarketer from CANADA.
