I answered this call and they said, "Do not be alarmed.  Your rate of interest has been...."   and I hung up.   Curious as to who was calling, I Googled the area code and found out it was from Doaktown, New Brunswick.  How in the world did they get my cell phone number?   Will I start having a humongous bill for someone capturing it for their own use?
The number pulled up under "calls received" had an extra digit on the end:
(506) 225-37133....??
