This number is very weird. I called police about this. Random guy or girl keep calling and saying this is confidential and can tell you why I am calling from.

Call came in at 8.43pm, didn't pick up since I don't answer calls from "UNKNOWN NAME".  No message left, I  have my call answer to set up to go to my fax machine after a certain number of rings.  That usually stops them calling.

Caller left message saying they are from Noel Daley & Associates Barristers and Solicitors 111 Peter Street, suite 305, Toronto Ontario

I believe that they are associated with American Express.

You do know that you may have a lawsuit here right? they r not allowed to call random people to deliver messages - i mean wtf??? doesn't he know that they could and probably will loose their license id this matter is taken to court.

I received a call from this number today trying to confirm my birthday.  I hung up the phone.  They called back asking my why I hung up.  I told them I had no clue who they were.  They then tried some more questions about birthdays.  They were obviously fishing. Then they started asking names also which also made no sense. More fishing.
