This is the most unprofessional company I have ever heard of.  Complete fraudsters.  I have issued a complaint with the CRTC because these a**holes have been calling me to hear me say 'F*** OFF' for about a year now.

If you receive a call from these people, call the CRTC and file a complaint.  The only way that www.dustfreehome.ca will stop using cheap telemarketing methods to harass people into buying their crappy air duct cleaning services - is if they are getting fined for contacting people who are on the national 'do not call list'.

The calling company is Professional Home Service (647) 259-8545. The people came to do the duct cleaning is Dust Free Home Services Inc Tel (416) 907-9333, fax (416) 628-8218, www.dustfreehome.ca.Fee is $110. Very poor services, run the vaccum not eve 10 minutes. Try to talk me into cleaning the furnance for an addition $125.  I did not buy it. Telemarketing said the services would include this and that, do not believe it: 1. told would vaccuming back of the furnance, did not do it  2. told would have two year warranty, denied warranty because I did not buy the additional furnance cleaning services, even note on invoice 'no warranty on dust, blower and exchanger and air coil are full of dust but the customer don't want to clean at this time'. These guys just PRETEND they are doing the job. After disconnected the vaccum host, the drilled more holes in the duct and blow compressed air in. Found out some vent missed cleaning, they just blow the debris down which I repeated said do not blow the debris down, that is after the vaccum is disconnected. I test run the furnance at the end, this guy told me turn off the furnance, because he is seeing dust coming up. A water host was not properly connected back at the furnance. The service is a total garbage. All the poor review is absolutely true.

Just got the second call from these idiots trying to sell me some of their "services". Filed a complaint both times with the CRTC because I am on the DNC list. The telemarketers seem to think that the list they have is valid. I told them they need to update their list but I am sure they know they are using an illegal list.If anyone gets a call from these idiots please file a complaint on the CRTC web site. I hate being bothered by unsolicited phone calls watching the Leafs lose.Peter
