This number calls me 3-4 times a week with no message. Just found out the same number has been calling a friend of mine. When she looks it up on her phone, it comes up as Whispers Limo Service. Neither one of us live in Toronto or area.

Guys, you should know that number is a call extender.  Basically, if you were in say Newmarket, and you wanted to call a Toronto/GTA number without paying long distance charges, you would call that number first and then be prompted to enter the Toronto number you wish to reach.I don't believe the call extender works on cell phones.  Figure out who you know from the GTA boonies and tell them to stop calling you.
