guy selling gold... very shady business.

Guy on the other end wanted to sell me Gold futures or something. Conversation went as follows:
Him: Hi my name is x (i don't remember) and i am calling from Gold standard forex (or something)
ME: Do i know you???
Him: Well we spoke briefly a year back or so.
ME: Oh, well I'm not interested
Him: Well, have you been following the trends...
ME: Sorry, I am not interested right now. Thanks.
Him: GO STAY IGNORANT YOU LITTLE F--K!!!

And he hung up. I tried calling back, but the operator said it was disconnected or something. Pretty upsetting. I was quite polite.

Well this person called my cellphone twice in a matter of minutes and when I tried to call back it was busy. Tried again awhile later--still busy- trying to scam people I guess. Sucks that we live in an age where people use the phone to try and rob people. I'm smart enough to avoid crap like this but my worry is for vulnerable seniors and mentally incapacitated people who might fall prey to scammers like this. No doubt had I spoken with them I would have heard a long b***s*** story and them trying to con me. Grrr. Thing is I quickly ran for the phone because to answer because I'm a single mom of 2 and was hoping it was Salvation Army calling me back with some help..things are really bad for me right now. To think this jerk would have tried to scam a struggling single mother of 2 babies sickens me. Like it's not bad enough as it is!! Seems the rich get richer and the poor stay that way :(Hopefully they don't call again.

got repeated calls from (416) 861-9381 claiming they are merchant services canada, and that they needed my last months invoice in order to offer me a lower interst rate on my merchant services. i told them i didn't have that info and was not interested in their offer. they called back constantly throughout the whole day, asking for the same info! they are not Merchant Services Canada POS and it is a scam!!

Used to answer my phone all the time for friends or whatever not anymore. I constantly screen and advise
others in my family to do the same. See if caller identifies themselves properly before picking up.

If they keep getting a machine they'll give up and move on somewhere else.

Got a call from this number (416) 861-9381 claiming to be Bell Canada regarding our satellite service.  This is a scam artist.

I just got a call from them too but is was labled service.004 and call was soo bad all i got was duct clean... too bad the line sucked I would have played with him and said "so how long to u hold killing for after ther cleaned. see what happens

Pretending to be from Health Dept. trying to get our staffs' cell no. After I asked back, he said his name was Channont (sound like Indian name!!! Nice try!) and he gave me his phone number , other phone numbers...(but it was fake, I know!)...Luckily, i'm so pretty and smart :) gotcha that stupid indian mother F******.
