He had the add posted on craigslist but it has since been pulled. When we tried to go see the house no one was there but it looked like someone was already living there. This Jill Schneider guy sent me an email asking us to wire a $1200 deposit to his wife Susan Schneider in Atlanta Georgia. We decided it was too weird so we started looking into it further.
