What is odd is that when I answered, all I got was nothing. If it is a computer calling, usually there is a blank moment then a foghorn selling a sea cruise or some such. This is not that. Whatever it is, it must not be working because I don't get the chance to call or anything. Probably some idiot trying to make his way into the phone-spam world and can't even do that right.

I tried calling back and i got a message saying that this number is out of service. Very weird. Cant help but think its a scam!!! I should mention that they ask you for your personal information claiming that they can help you pay off your debts.
