Just got off the phone with TD, it's not one of their numbers. They are giving the number to the Police to investigate it.

I just got a call from this number that's twice in two days, I called back and it says enter pin. they left a voicemail and it sounded like someone was laughing/gigglying or cryting who knows lol.

Keep getting calls from these dorks and they refuse to answer. Where is this miracle Do Not Call list and why is there no action taking place. Just another inefficient government assignment???
