Called and didn't leave message, as usual...

Just had a phone call from this number and I know 100% it was not a scam they left a message saying my credit card had been comprimised. I phoned in the number on the scotiabank site because the office was closed until Monday morning for the number on the back of the card. They informed me my card had been comprimised and duplicated. They have blocked the card and are issuing a new one.

It is a legit phone call from Scotia Bank. I just got the call and then phoned my branch in Winnipeg to verify. Yes, my credit card had been compromised. Somehow someone put a big charge on it while I had it in my purse with me at work.  Must have been compromised in the credit card transaction online from 4 weeks ago!

I just got a call from this number. I'm pretty sure it's Scotia. I'm one of their customers and I just made a large payment. The message even said I could call the number on the back of my card if I wasn't comfortable using the one she gave.
