They called here, definite strong south US accent. Claimed to be from google advertising wanting to confirm business info. I specifically said "You aren't asking me to pay for advertising on google, are you?" He claimed he was just confirming our business data. He wanted my last name and I refused to give it, and then he ended up hanging up on me.

I think is time to do something about this scam people, they are too free to scam and annoy people with scam calls. The western civilization starts to be a bullsh*t if those scammers are not punished. Cut one of their hand and if they do it again cut their f*cking head!

Asian accented woman stated name was Tracy said she was calling because of a complaint about our internet security and they are involved with cybercrime and DNS. Said she was from the department of Public Safety. As none of her words were used technically correct and there is no Department of Public Safety in Canada - FRAUD, looking to confirm name, had called earlier but gave wrong birth date. Trying to confirm ID? When pressed for details about what department 'Tracy' worked for hung up on me.

This is probably a number through which many calls are routed by some telephone services company. I received a valid call from 1-(416) 628-7192 at my university office, from an international student asking about his admission file status. Since the number does not belong to an individual or company, details of caller and type of call received may vary greatly.

I received a call from them early this morning waking me up, they did not leave a message, I always hang up on sales people.

I got a VALID long distance call from this number. The call is originated from the cell phone overseas. This number, probably just a local Toronto hub for cheap IP telephony. It does not belong to anybody in particular, other than telcom company who provides the service.

I received a call this morning. The numbers that showed up on my call display were 646-630-0031/(416) 628-7192. I didn’t pick up and didn’t try to call back as I knew it wasn’t an important call. The caller didn’t leave a message either.

This number called my cell at 130am. Woke us up. I did not recognize the number so I terminated the call.

This number called me today, but left no message. Since I own a business, I called back, but only received a busy signal. That same Microsoft scam was attempted on me about a month ago, but from a different number. The woman had the same thick accent that others have described. Criminals!

Good evening.

During the past several months we have received a call from the same woman claiming to be from multiple companies. She has a broken accent. The room she is in is very noisy. We are part of the do not call registry. I have informed her of this every time. I have demanded my number be removed from her calling list. Most times her number is unknown. Tonight her number showed on the call display. She has claimed to work for Microsoft that there is a problem with my computer. To work for Google and also that she is a family member among other things. Tonight she called claiming that my dead grandpa had won a trip. I have noticed other people online in forums receiving these calls from this number and wanted to report it before a elder person or anyone else is scammed. Thank you for your time.

The following number has called my home constantly at all hours sometimes several times per day. A woman every time in a very loud area. Tonight she claimed to be a family member. I am on the do not call registry. I have informed her of this multiple times. She has been told my grandfather has been dead for several years. She has called on other occasions claiming to work for microsoft. And also claiming that she worked for another company and that we have won a trip.
When performing a lookup the number seems to originate from Toronto Canada.

I got a call from this number. This is not the first time either. You know it is a telemarketer because of all the noise in the background. Just hang up.

I get these calls a couple of times a week on my business phone. If there is no one there I just put down the phone without hanging up. If someone is on the other end and I'm not busy I'll play along with them, giving them false information until I get tired of it. I'll then pick up a whistle, blow it as hard as I can and call them a few not so nice names.

I've received two calls this week, from this number. The first one was two days ago and he asked for me by name. He stated he was with Microsoft, although I have spoken with Microsoft about an issue with their program, I've never received a call back from them before. I told him I was too busy at this time for his call. Then again today this number shows up, but I didn't make it to the phone on time to answer it. I checked my call log and there it was again. My number is unlisted and is on the National Do Not Call List. How did he get my number? IS HE ASSOCIATED WITH MICROSOFT?

This is obviously a spam phone number.
