I have been getting these calls for 3 years.   I know which store in the Bramalea City Centre Mall that sold my info (it's no longer there)  The company name & address changes every 6-8 months but the SCAM is the same.  I just got another call from "National Grand Centre" on behalf of an airline company.  *I have tried hanging up, listening to the whole spiel and getting a confirmation #, asking them to remove my name - nothing works.*Now, everytime they call I tell them "You are calling on my business phone.  This call is being recorded by my boss so I can't talk to you now.  Can you call my on my personal phone?"  They always say yes and take down the number I give them.  I give them the phone number to my local police department.

I have to say i really appreciate this web page...all your posts fully confirmed my suspicions.  I just got a call 5 minutes ago, from F Source international, and i got the same speel as all of you.  Then when he wanted to confirm my identity and asked me what i had filled out on the balllot as our household income, i knew this had to be a scam because i would never divulge that info.  But i wanted to see how far he would take it and next he put me through to a manager named Daniel, who wanted me to make an appointment for the presentation.  I asked him if it was a timeshare presentation and he said no, there's was a new company and they were spending money to make money by handing out prizes to people and the presentation was about their products...  I asked him if he had a website, and he said, it would be ready in a week as they were a brand new company..lol  Funny how all of you mention the accents, because this manager Daniel actually tried to hide his accent but when i started laughing at his not having a website, it threw him for a loop, so all of a sudden he started speaking faster his strong accent came out.  I told him i would call him back, and he gave me the (416) 548-5983 # with xt 243.    i will not bother calling back to tell them off, since they will prob try to keep on the phone!!

I have been receiving calls on this SCAM for 2 years now. I receive a call about once per month.  They have gone through 3 company names and various phone numbers BUT the call is always the same.  They have your name, address & phone number.  They insist that you have filled in a ballot at (name any major store - it keeps changing, today they asked if I remembered shopping at a grocery store in December 2009!!) They mention 5 prizes and the need to show up in person to "claim" them.  You then have to wait for a supervisor to give you a reference/claim number and the exact time & date to show up at Drew Rd (used to be a Woodbridge address).  *Someone did go to the Woodbridge locations and reported back that he & his wife spent 3 hours, listening to a timeshare presentation and being heavily pressured to buy one immediately.

F source also calls from hwy 7 and 27. Call them at 905 158-1521. But have some pity on them. They prove why we need to send our kids to college. Document their calls taking down as much information as possible. Record them if you can. Before u call the police on them ask them to take u off their call list. If they call again its harrassment and you can initiate legal procedures on them after informing the police. These are just some poor loosers on minimum wage!!!! But its a scam employing sociopaths and some few decent people at the end of their ropethe rest are just loosers on minimum wage

I got a call today with the similar information being described in previous post.  I won't commit to a time slot and the 'Senior Manager' Max asks me to call him back at (289) 475-5455 ext. 125 when I make up my mind.  He even suggested me to record the phone call.

Anyway, I won't call them back for sure.
