Most hospitals don't display their name and won't leave a message unless instructed to do so because they don't know if anyone else in the home knows if the hospital is to call, has the person seen a doctor and why....it maintains confidentiality. No hospital is going to be calling you late at night and wake you unless you have a relative in the ER, for example. Did you ever stop to consider it could be patient who is calling?

This phone number was on my call display as (416) 530-0630 and not listed as St. Joseph's Hospital, although they have been incessantly calling me for weeks now. The big problem with this latest call is that it was 3:15 am this morning, I have a sleep disorder and I was not amused since I never got back to sleep.
