I have an outstanding debt that these jokers have bought.Usually laughable threats and tactics.Only issue: they're ahold of my retired, widowed mother's phone number and keep calling and harassing her. Have asked them 3 times to remove her number from their records. They keep "accidentally" forgetting to and calling her, thinking it's pressuring me. Only thing it's pressuring me to do is call the cops on these scumbags.

 (89325) They try talking about some debt never had or heard of, never had knowledge about either and when it was asked for them to PROVE and provide documents of debt they had NOTHING.  they trying to say they purchased some sort of old debt from years ago?  it is NOT true especially when they couldn't even provide any sort of documentation only thing they had was some made up computer generated sheet that is typed which is something anyone could had made up.  Sounds like SCAM and besides isn't there is a STATUE OF LIMITAIONS! (Don't know who these people are never had any debts ever. They try screwing with wrong one who never had any debt! )  THIS COMPANY PERSON JEAN HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE IS NO DEBT OWING STOP CALLING EMPLOYER!  YOU ARE WRONG! IT WAS PROVEN YOU ARE WORNG! OBVIOUSLY YOUR NOT LEGIT especially when your lies don't add up because you couldn't provide PROOF when it was asked for!  You were asked to PROVE the debt and you couldn't therefore you are a con artist thief trying to steal my idnetity and RCMP has been notified!  These people have NO LEGAL GROUND TO STAND ON!  They can NOT take you to court and they can actually be SUED BY YOU!  For every harrassing call to you or your employer past or present it is $1000 FINE under the Ontario canada governement!  If they call your employer past or present they can be sued because there is not legal justifiable reason for them to be contacting any employer.

Company calling my cell phone and leaving a message for people who I do not know and have never known.  I must have called them about 3 times advising them of this and to take my number off as a contact number for them.  They have yet to remove my number and it's getting very annoying.
