i got a call from this number just a minute ago today april 27, 10:16 am philippine time, please help me who this is if anyone knows where did she/he got my number?

I keep getting calls from "The U.S. Treasury Dept", with the Caller ID showing 206-445-6974. They are looking for info. on me. Everytime they call I asak them for the phone number that I can call them back on at my convience. We go round and round with the BS then I tell them that I have friends at the Treasury dept. and they hang up. I would like to find out everything about their scam and corner them like the rats that they are. No offence to rats in general.
