the do not call list doesnt work its a joke

every day call, no answer

keep calling, one by one (416) 360-4084, (416) 360-1176 and (416) 861-0870
May be one person's call

Called again, at 9:41am today.  The Caller ID box intercepted the call and life is good.

This number keep calling at home but whenever i answer the phone there's no response on the other end.I phoned the number back and always says the number is not in service.

No company\caller information on call display, only a phone number - which I answered as it was local.Asked for me by name and claimed to  be BBM Research doing survey on radio stations, or some such. Told them to remove my number,

I heard it might be a skype number...
