Message left from this number - some background noise, but no message.

It looks like they are using 2 different numbers 1. (416) 360-4084 and 2. (416) 360-1176.  Everytime I pick up, they hang up.  I tried calling back but the message says this number is not assigned.

the do not call list doesnt work its a joke

got a call form this number today.....say something about "Consumer Credit"....get a better rate something......How can I stop this kind of call....I don't even have a credit card....

i had a call from this number today, but did not answer. they did not leave a message, and when i tried to call back a recording said it was not in service.

I keep seeing this number over and over and decided to google and see if it's a crank call and sure enough it is. I'm never home in the day so good luck trying to scam me. It won't work sweetie.
