They have called 5 or 6 time and no one will talk on the other end, not a sound, then they hang up. ?Don't the check the no call list which we have registered with.

the person called me for the second time in 2 days, using a different number each time. Claimed to be in the area. I doubt it, since I was currently in Labrador .... call forwarding. Told him he should quit since he could be fined $2500 for making an illegal call.Nothing scares the gentleman, because his language skills are not up to par to undertand.. Suggest get a loud whistle and blow it when they call again. Could get in trouble for it .... but maybe not

I've been called twice in five days by this company. I'm on the DNCL and I reported both calls. I hope they get fined soon. They don't care about the telemarketing laws and their agents are very rude.

Called me in Ottawa offering duct cleaning from Cool Breeze. I asked if he used the Do Not Call list. He answered no. When asked why not and told he could be fined by CRTC, he hung up.
I will be complaining to CRTC about this. They are currently investigating an Ottawa aluminum siding company that I complained about.
