Got the same call 3 times a day 3 days in a row.  The thing that bothers me is we live in canada how come these idiots don't speak our language.  It's amazing.  Sad thing is if we went to their country we would be hung or stoned for what they are doing.  Lets all go to Canada home of the free.  What a joke. I am so sick of these calls.

This number calls at least three times a week, I answer, they hang up.  We are on the DNCL, this is crazy.

They have called 5 or 6 time and no one will talk on the other end, not a sound, then they hang up.  Don't the check the no call list  which we have registered with.

I have received a number of calls from this number in the past few days and they hang up on me. When I call back I get a voice mail with a man in a very very deep voice saying don't leave a message . Mailbox is full ?
I am also on the National Do Not Call List which is in effect until 2015 ! I have researched this number and company and can not find any information on it or the number? Is it a real business or fraud by someone trying to get into your home ! Think about it !

I've been receiving calls from (416) 277-1688 for the past few days multiple times a day and no one says anything.  Same thing when I call back I also get the voicemail is full message.  Bell Canada says I have to pay monthly to get the "call block" feature.  Now how is that fair.  Going to the dollar store to get a whistle today. Thanks for the awesome idea.  If anything we can make the guy deaf:)

The DNC List is just a tool, the CRTC can only impact the little guys trying to get ahead, the bigger problem is the numbered companys that this is outsourced to.  I keep sending the complaints but when the call display number does not connect to the caller in another country its not enforced..  Bell Canada is consistently on CRTC's radar and I'll assume not helping for their own reasons.  If we keep complaining the legislation will catch up..  I keep them on the phone when I have time as long as I can, asking them to spell their name, try to get a call back number, asking who provides the service, sub contracted.....  I know I can not stop them, but now I look forward to the calls
