They may be a little bit frustrating to talk to, but they do work for a very deserving charity. They usually don't ask twice if you say you have no clothing unlike other charities do for donations. We donate several times a year and we have no complaints.

same problem as above no one responds when answer and no one answers when i call the number..........caller id ONT FEDRTN FOR

they're actually pretty legit..they will come by and pick up stuff that you would otherwise throw away..donated to them several times in the past.
