Received a call from this # this morning. No Caller Id was on the display only the number. When I answered the women on the line asked if she was talking to "and she referenced the name on a bank account". I asked who she was and why she was calling she said she was doing a survey for the RBC. Told her never to call again and hung up. Contacted RBC to report and they indicated that there should be no survey calls on their behalf unless its to follow-up on something related to the account. Just a heads up this is probably a scam how they got the account name (it's very unique) is beyond me.

I too received a call from this number (416) 233-0047. The person was just breathing through the phone which sounded very scary and I said “hello!” two times and I hang up. I went online to reverse the number to see who it is; I see that a lot of other people also have received strange phone call from this number.

The best thing to do is to call the police and report his/her sorry ass. Which I did, I wrote an email and report it through phone. If everyone here to do what I did, I am sure he will put back in jail where he belongs.

I'd researched this number online to see if was a telemarketing call....Glad I did!They keep calling my cell phone. And they never leave a message when I don't answer.

I received many phonecalls from this number (416) 233-0047. It's a business marketing research company out of etobicoke (toronto). Call this number (416) 233-1555 and ask for your name to be removed from their list if you are not interested in the product or information. This number is the actual office number for the call center in etobicoke.

This number called me and asked for my girlfriend by first and last name and so I asked how they got my number for reaching her they said I don't know that it was a curtisy call and asked for her number so I gave it to them cuz recently she let me use her credit card for a order by mail and I had to sign her name..Which I told her and it was fine but now I thought they were calling to see if she placed the order..i used her name but my number...who knows i just msged her and told her not o answer or give them an info just incase after reading these posts

I would like them to stop phoning me because I am on the do not call list and my phone number is unlisted so please tell them to stop phoning me.

This number keeps calling me as well. I never answered before as i knew who they were but today i decided to answer but in my native language - Serbian. She was so confused and clueless, she ended up hanging up on me! Lo! She was like what? I dont understand. And i just kept talking in serbian. Hopefully they never call again!

I got this call and they asked for my boyfriend. When i said "no he's not here, who is calling" the man on the phone only said "Chris". I was put off and said "sorry who?" He again just said "Chris". I then asked "Chris from where? What company are you calling from?" And he he just said "oh" and hung up on me.
