I usually block callers I don't know. No message left. We live over 2 hours away from Calgary and don't know anyone there

I called this number back and they said it was city hall. They said press 1 and you would receive a link to a survey. The link is to a survey website called Tell City Hall. This is what the website says: Tell City Hall is a public sector program of Advanis, Inc., a Canadian Market Research company that has been in business for over 25 years. Advanis has been trusted by private sector companies and public sector organizations that are conducting research to understand more about consumers and the general public. Advanis is a Gold Seal member of the Canadian Market Research and Intelligence Association and adheres to its high standards in all our research. I didn't click the link because I don't want to answer a survey.
