We had these guys call before. My husband did their survey and they called back to offer us a knife set. Of course he believed them and arranged a time for them to come over to do their demonstration... I wasn't happy. Anyway, they never showed up. Then, they STILL kept calling our number! I called the number (403) 770-0529 and asked if it was Breathe-EZ Homes, and the lady on the other end of the line sounded confused, and seemed to admit that they were Breathe-EZ, but then said the company name is BDMO instead. I waited a few minutes, blocked my caller ID from showing up on their phone, and when a different lady answered all I said was "I want to remove my number from your call list" and she was quite nice about it, and said she would remove it from their automatic dialing system. She asked how many calls we received from them, I told her multiple times and that we already did the survey. She apologized and said she would remove the number. I would suggest keeping on trying, if the first person you get isn't helpful, try again. We'll see if it works!

They are currently conducting "hiring" at the days inn calgary.  There group interviews seem sketchy to be honest and they expect three days of your time with no pay.  A little bit ridiculous if you ask me.  They barely explain the job.  After reading these posts I will not be returning!  Thank you! I will do my best to let others know about this.

I have gotten a couple phone calls from them also! the few times i have answered no has said anything. I had thought it could have been someone i know because the 403 area code is for lower alberta, canada.
Im not sure what's up with this number but its a little bit "fishy" to me.

I also had this identical experience. The questions about professions also sent me for a spin, since that has no bearing on the air quality of my home. The survey was conducted in the last week of June, and the follow-up call to inform me that I had been selected from a draw came today (3rd week of July)... It should be noted that my call display showed "private caller", not even a number!
I agree that you cannot be too paranoid... infact, I just sent out a mass email to my family and freinds telling them what just happened. During this follow-up call, a lady asked me for my address, at which point I told her I had a few questions of my own. I requested a website address or some other form of contact that could be used to verify the legitimacy of Breath EZ Homes, and she stated "Our website is still under construction", and "We are relying on word-of-mouth advertising at this time"... mmmhmm!
I told her that I am not going to give out personal information unless I could research the company. Interestingly enough, she promptly ended the call - not what you expect from someone representing a legitimate organization! I looked them up on the Better Business Burea Canada website immediately after the phone call, and came up empty... soooo, I'm glad that I trusted my gut on this one.

Breathe E-Z Home is a SCAMThey called me with the guise that they where doing a home survey.  I was polite and answered the questions.  Then I get a call a couple of days later saying I won their daily prize of knives or a vacation package.  I gave my address for the prize and they said they would send someone to drop off the prize.  In return I should listen to a presentation about home air systems.  I thought, "ok, quick presentation, get my prize and done"The guy showed up and would not give me my prize.  He said that i had to listen to the presentation first and it would take over an hour. This is a SCAM.  If they call you and say that you have won a prize, it should not be contingent on a high pressure sales presentation. Avoid the hassle and tell them to piss off!
