My main issue with these types of companies is that most of us can read the waring signs ahead of time and stop this before they are in your homes for 2hrs. If we do decide to go ahead with letting them show us their presentation and decide not to take it most of us are capable of staying the course when it comes to money and ensuring we do not part with $2500 for a vacuum, unless we truly want it and have made a clear decision. Those of us who have elderly parents often have to battle with these companies to get our parents money back. High pressure sales that bully and confuse the elderly is illegal in my opinion. Selling a vacuum to 80yr olds in a 700sq foot condo with hard wood is just plain unethical!! And for that reason alone they are low brow. People need to complain to the BBB.

They keep calling me too -- I've even called Telus but of course they are no help. ?I asked the kid who was calling me what the name of the company was and he said Breath Easy Homes

someone did actually came to your house for the demo, of couse that was before I found out about this website or else we wouldn't have agreed.  Don't really know what we were thinking!!! Anyways, it's not high pressure sale but it is a long demo. The product is good but we didn't buy.  We just agreed for the demo because of the vacation package, which isn't bad. I have asked these people to stop calling, but they continue to call 1-2 times a day.  I found a company called breath E-Z Homes that operates out of Calgary, (403) area code. The other contact number is (403) 215-1446.  I don't know whether this is the same company that is calling all the time. I have left my phone number in hopes they call back.  I will let you know what happens.

They called me a few days ago and I did the survey...just called me back to say i could choose one of 3 prizes  that i had one for completeing the survery...I said that usually this is a scam and too good to be true. She ASSURED me there was no hidden scams and they would send me the hotel vouchers. After i gave her my address she wasnted my husbands name for the trip...I said what if I dont want to bring my husband on the trip???lol...I refused to give her my husbands name. then after that information was given she said one of her clagary employess would personally deliver the package and show me some ' word of mouth' advertising on another product. I freaked on her for lying and asked for her manager...she then put me on hold and came back saying she was another girl...after arguing with her she put me on hold and picked up the phone sayoong...' Hello you have reached telus"...can you beleive this?? i said I was going to report her after telling me the owner wasnt there and the other managers werent availaable and she hung up on me...The number she called from was (403) 648-3978

I just received the "you won a daily prize" call, and they then proceeded to coax my address out of me so that they could "deliver" the prize.  Whenever I asked for more info about the company, I got nothing.  So I decided to google them, came across this page and now I see what a waste of time this really is!  I tried calling back the number they called me at, and of course it didn't go through.  So I looked up their Calgary number, asked them to cancel any appointment that was made because I dont want their product (I already told them during the survey that I have no pets, no allergies, and no carpet -- what the @#$^ do I want a vacuum for?).  The response?  I was told they would cancel my appointment, and promptly hung up on before they even asked for the appointment details.  Figures.
