This number is  bothering us allot for a week

I just got one too. Nothing makes me hate a company faster than one that calls and leaves me with dead air.  Mind you, when you DO get the Herald on the phone they make you hate them even more because no matter what you say, they push you and push you.   Their telemarketers made me STOP getting the paper.

they called, breathed heavily then hung up. I didn't bother calling back. when i googled the number says it was from downtown at the hearing impaired college or something. whatever...
