Between October 31, 2008, and April 3, 2009, my call log with Rogers Pay-As-You-Go service records 30 calls to my cell 'phone from the number (403) 561-2984. This number is unknown to me and I never received an actual voice call from anyone with that caller ID. Sometimes I am charged for these calls, and sometimes I am not. They usually are coupled with a "Incoming call - Back2U" local call. The calls come at various times of the day - never before 11 am and never after 8:30 pm. Does anyone have any idea who this phantom caller is and how it (they) can be stopped?

I have been charged 8 times in the last month for "Voicemail Received" from this number.  I don't have any voicemails on my phone, not even hang ups.  I called Rogers and they said my calls were being forwarded to this number.  I don't even know this number and would not have set it up as I do not use Call Foward at all.  I had Rogers cancel all call forwarding on my account.  They also credited back the charges to my Pay-As-You-Go service.
