Indications are that CIBC is scanning for active numbers in order to add you to their list. Just received one at 10:20pm, one ring, and then gone. I suspect I'll get a phone call from them soon or text message.

I am in Buttonville, Ontario. I got this call "(403) 313-3718" this morning (Feb 27, 2013 @ 9:30), it ringed once.

It's around 8pm here in British Columbia, Canada and I just got a call on my cell from this number.  Rang once and then stopped.  I guess this is yet another number to add to the list of pains in the [***] that call repeatedly and won't bugger off!!!

This number called me then hung up when I said hello,how rude as it is not easy to get to the phone in the first place!!!

I just got a call from that number too. At 9 pm at night. As far as I'm concerned, anyone phoning me that late better have some type of emergency they need help with. No message either.

5:00 in the morning my phone rings, and it is this 1-(403) 313-3718 number. I have family all over Canada so I assumed something was wrong (why else would they call at that hour). Turns out it isnt a family member, its NOBODY. I answer the phone and there is dead silence for a short time (maybe 10 seconds) and then they hang up. I tried to call it back but all I got was an incredibly fast busy signal.
