Indications are that CIBC is scanning for active numbers in order to add you to their list. Just received one at 10:20pm, one ring, and then gone. I suspect I'll get a phone call from them soon or text message.

Yep just got a call from (403) 313-3718. Same MO here too. One ring then nothing, and a busy signal when I called their number.

I got a call from this number to my bell landline that i recently switched to callcentric voip. I set up a rule to forward the call to bell canada executive office. Now they can talk to themselves
