Triple bingo card in mail. Won prize. Called number and they wanted information. All they said was contest line when they answered the phone. No company name no nothing. Is this a scam?

Funny i won X and then i call them they said they will send a guy to my house immediately but end up no body show up..haa..definity a scam.
