I got this last week July 23. Got an X . they wanted me to purchase what they are selling, plus the rep going through a survey for over 2 hrs waste of time to buy their water. I told them I dont have that king of time to waste. The rep said sorry you did not win. What a waste and scam.

PATHETIC

I won the 'X' as well, and spoke to the rep on the phone, who seemed very polite.  They asked for my info and I provided it, given I don't see the harm in that.  Seeing that if anyone wants the info they can go through my mailbox and get my name and address.  I have an appointment booked for this weekend, Im very curious to see what the offer is and if there is a "prize" like they said.  The lady mentioned that inorder to rec the gift, they have to check the card against the winning odds.  Might not be a scam, I see it as a way for them to market their product, and if the prize does actually exist, then this company will be passed on/referred like a flu virus.  So it could be legit!!!!!

The people who point out it is simply a marketing tool are correct. It's a very expensive water purification system -- $6,295 + HST -- which you can pay for over time -- via TD Bank -- at a minimum of $80 per month and 7% interest. The key pitch is that they will give you, free, environmentally sound soaps for all your needs -- dishes, laundry, bathing, etc. from the Healthy Living company -- for eight years. This is supposed to mean you save around $100 a month for all the soaps you don't buy. If the soaps, given in bulk, don'tl last eight years, they will replenish, and after that you can buy another eight years' worth for $1,000. BUT -- this deal is only available today, my friend. If you want to order tomorrow, it will be $7,490 and you won't get the freebies. The brand name of the system, which they say is patented and used by the Canadian military, is Water Station. None of the claims can be checked while the sales guy is with you, of course, and the deal's off after midnight. This marketing system, basically a pressure tactic, is very like the system for time share sales. But they do note that there is a cooling off period under provincial law.The real question is, and I can't answer -- Is the water purification system any good?

A bunch of these were dropped in mailboxes in my neighbourhood, looked like a kid (not the usual flyer or mail delivery people) - also "won" an X. I notice it says in the "Contest Rules":"[everyone eligible except] employees, family members, or sub-distributors of: Simple, Tristar or Respiraide"That tells me that those are the firms behind this ad campaign.

I agree.  Shut these idiots down now.  Their "bingo cards" are a total waste of resources and time.  Any sort of giveaway should be subject to regulation and a licensing fee, to at least ensure against a scammer bilking a lot of less-well-informed people.  Where is the economic benefit in allowing this scammer to remain in business.  Where do people turn when they have been bilked?  Use the licensing funds to buy scammer insurance.  Take away the incentive for scammers, by requiring them to put in money in up-front, in effect forcing them to prove their legitimacy..

Here is the example recording of the call, they swear plently of time they will not sell you anything , they lie about the company name when they answer the phone , and then the she refuses to tell you what prize you one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnXh0Fbsd8o&feature=youtu.bePlease more people need to record the calls, and some of you people need to invite them over and record the presentations to others may not fall victim to this,
