These people just called me 57 times in 21 minutes.  I asked for their address so I can send them a "do not call" letter.  He asked me why would I think they should give me their address???  Can you believe it?  They just keep talking giving their schpeel & I just have to hang up.

I received a voice message off my cell phone from this number regarding my ex-husband who often utilizes payday loans.  The return call number he gave was 321-221-0026.  My husband & I both returned this call and he began to get very angry and began hanging up on us.  Apparently he does not like it when people try to secure info about him!  He also called another of the "references" my ex-husband left and harassed her.  She hung up on him and he has not called her back either.  We reported this man and these numbers to AT&T and are filing a complaint w/the Federal Trade Commission.

They stopped calling me (the call back number they used on me was 954-607-4512.)  I told them I knew they were a scam and would never send them a dime. I told them that they could call my co-workers, my family & my friends all they wanted to and they STILL would not get a dime from me as everyone of them know that they are a scam as well.  I have also reported them to the secret service, the FBI, the attorney generals office of both California and Florida and the FTC. Every back to back call they made, I would tell them the same thing (sometimes they would try to yell over me and I would yell back the same thing 'you will NEVER EVER get one thin dime from me, you third world country thieving dirt bag'.  It has been several weeks and I have not heard back from them.  Let them know that you mean business and you will not give in to their extortion threats.  Do not believe a word that they say.  And most importantly - DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!peace  :)

Yep they have been calling me also. ?What happened was I did get a internet payday loan back in 05 as well and did not pay them.  Not intentionally but alot was going on.  I moved and I recieved a letter from the payday loan co. collection agency and kept it.  Well about a year ago I started getting calls from Anthony Jones, Andre, Steven Jones, Justin (all with heavy Indian accesnt and only one that sounded different).  I knew something was up but thought it was legitimate because I did owe a company.  They requested that I send a letter stating it was not my intent to commit check fraud.  So I did.  I faxed it and requested that they send correspondence to my new address.  I never recieved a letter and I did not get a call again until April this year. It was a bad connection and the call was disconnected.  I tried to call back the 343# but it would not go through.  Since I knew what the call was about I searched for the last letter I recieved called them and took care of the debt.  I recieved another call from "Anthony Jones" missed it and he left a message with a 954-374-7556#.  I called back could not get Anthony but got James who sounds just like Anthony and informed him that I paid the debt already.  He was upset with that and told me I was not supposed to have paid the other company.  He was supposed to have looked into it and called me back but never did.  I received a call today 5/21/09 from Anthony Jones again and he gave me to some Roger Harris guy and I explained to Roger that the debt was paid and he was highly upset.  He even called the company I paid the debt to and argued with them that they should not have taken any monies from me.  Anyway they are supposed to call me back.  I called the Payday loan place who I owed originally and found out that they are FRAUDULENT they are calling from India with numbers routed thru the US.  I have reported them and gave the information to the appropriate officials.  IF & WHEN they call I am gonna let them know I am on to them.  Thank GOD I did not fall into this scam and give them my information who knows what would have happened.  I thought they were legitimate because I knew I did owe the debt.  But they never sent me any letters.  If they sent it to my old address it would have been forwarded to me.  AND when I sent the letter requesting they send me correspondence they never didi.  I cannot wait until they are caught and no longer bother people again.

I receive calls from this number claiming to be from a financial misconduct division in Florida, but the number is listed from NY. The caller has a foreign accent and claims to be trying to collect money owed on something I paid off 5 yrs ago. When I asked for the phone number to call them back I'm given 954-374-7556 but my caller ID shows (343) 729-0397. Apparently my personal information was sold cause he does not even have my name correct. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM TO GET MONEY...........

I just answered a call from the number (343) 729-0397.  The man asked for Kimberly.  I told him that I didn't know a Kimberly, nor did she live at this number.  He asked how long I had this number.  I told him about 4 months.  The man told me I had a nice voice, which I thought was very odd, but being polite said thank you, but I still don't know Kimberly, good luck finding her.  He then asked if I was married.  I said yes.  He was about to ask another question, and then abruptly hung up.  The man definitely had an accent, too.  I could have ended the call, or not answer, but I want people to stop calling my number asking for random people.
