I am also receiving calls from this number.  These individuals call from all different numbers claiming that they are callin for the law office of jeff morgan & associates.  this is a scam.  they claim that you took out a payday loan from cashnetusa. who when you call them have no ideal what you are talking about.  Also when i called the gentleman told me they are aware these indivudals and have investigators on it.  Another thing call the main office of so called morgan & associates that florida has as corporate number in okalohoma city and says they do not know these individuals.  they took are working to find out who these individuals are.  they call threatening to send police and sheriff officers to your home.  speaking with other payday loan companies they do not do business this way.  If you owe them money they call themselves and they have their own debt collection department.  this individuals should be stopped immediately.  do not send them any thing.  Also, to the gentleman who claims to work for them you are full of bull about you are working with the fdca.  Watch Dateline NBC friday and they will show you how they are bringing it to america's attention.

I receive calls from this number claiming to be from a financial misconduct division in Florida, but the number is listed from NY. The caller has a foreign accent and claims to be trying to collect money owed on something I paid off 5 yrs ago. When I asked for the phone number to call them back I'm given 954-374-7556 but my caller ID shows (343) 729-0397. Apparently my personal information was sold cause he does not even have my name correct. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM TO GET MONEY...........

I just answered a call from the number (343) 729-0397.  The man asked for Kimberly.  I told him that I didn't know a Kimberly, nor did she live at this number.  He asked how long I had this number.  I told him about 4 months.  The man told me I had a nice voice, which I thought was very odd, but being polite said thank you, but I still don't know Kimberly, good luck finding her.  He then asked if I was married.  I said yes.  He was about to ask another question, and then abruptly hung up.  The man definitely had an accent, too.  I could have ended the call, or not answer, but I want people to stop calling my number asking for random people.

I have gotten 15 calls in the past 3 mins from the same number (343) 729-0397 they leave no message just hung up and called again and again.

Deb and everyone,PLEASE contact the Lawyer on this website - http://www.consumerlawfirm.com.I have been experiencing the same issues and cannot get them to stop.  Two weekends ago, I called them back so many times, they told me to quite calling them.  (haaaaaaaaaaa, how do you like that, eh?)  There are MANY phone numbers that they call from.  Some from Florida, some California, but none of them can be traced.This attorney knows all about them and they just need our help to stop them.PLEASE call them.  Hang in there,

Some kind of debt collection agency called my office looking for a person who hasn't worked here since before I came to work here several years ago.  Apparently this person had bad debt and had the same phone number as me because I have been getting these collection calls for her, for over 3 years now.  Some guy on the phone who was barely intelligible said I was being transferred to the "Financial Misconduct Division".  When this manager sounding guy called I told him the person he was looking for had not been here in years, that this was an office, I was sick of getting calls for her and they needed to stop.  I then hung up on him.  They called back two minutes later, I put it straight to voicemail (which answers with my name which is NOT the same as the person they're looking for, I don't even know her).  Just another annoyance until this office manages to implement a call block.
