Got a phone call from a "too long" phone number yesterday on my CELL PHONE. I blocked it.Today I get a text saying "Contact NetSpendService Call (289) 818-1514"Googled "NetSpendService" and it's A SCAM! NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS USE IT!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!
