It's a recorded message from some scammer company concerning eliminating your credit card debt. I keep receiving phone calls from (289) 809-3564. Who is this? Are they scammers? How can I get them to stop calling? Can you help? Very Frustrating! They won't leave a message or say a name. Hung up would not leave a message. Or name on display. A rough-spoken man called and said it was a call from WINDOWS and that they had been aware I had signalled problems with my computer (which was true, having had the screen frozen several times a day, lately). It sounded true to the facts. He (introducing himself as Jack Dawson) guided me to the LogMeIn Rescue service, where his technician (name on the screen Colin Thomas) rolled my computer files, 3 of which signalled "corrupted" . He urged me to buy some security software (giving me prices for 1, 2, or 3 yrs - $119.00 - $299.00), or my computer would crash. He sounded frustrated that I wouldn't make the purchase on the spot. I asked him to e-mail me the info first and give me a phone number for me to call back if I so decided. He gave me another name (the receptionist's) - James Watson - and the phone number (403) 648-9010. He sounded totally upset I wouldn't understand the urgency of the matter, as to buy the software on the spot. Wondering who this is always calling never any messages left, get different calls from all kinds of numbers wonder how they get the numbers and if the phone company can put a stop to it
