same thing as above.. it sounded like a really crowded call centre.. they were offering me a lower interest rate. i just hung up on them. they keep calling.

They were a group of people from India trying for my credit card numer..

The call sounded noisy and the guy was with the Asian accent. Said he is from RBC Visa Bank but by unprofessional approach you could say immediately that they are a bunch of criminals. Avoid be questioned just seek answers.

The people on the other end of this line had Indian/Pakistani accents, and were calling from a very crowded room.  They claimed I had earned a lower interest rate on my card, and seemed to be trying to get information from me.  People who receive a call (in Canada) from this number should contact +1 888-495-8501, Phonebusters, the Canadian national agency created to deal with phone scams.

total scam hang up and report phone number to the police and anyone you know.
