Got this around 10 am .I let it ring. It would not stop ringing. I finally picked it up, there was nobody on the phone.

Tried to call my cell phone. I've heard some voice, very briefly, on my messaging system.

I got a call around 10am. I didn't even get the phone up to my ear to say hello and I was told to press 9 to speak with someone regarding my account. When someone finally answered I asked what bank/credit card company this is for they told me Visa/MasterCard. I then told them no one in my family has a credit card and would like for them to never call back, the man who took my call said something in a different language then hung up.

Called me at 12:34 PM today to a 780 area code number that is PRIVATE UNLISTED UNPUBLISHED ?????????????? THANKS A LOT TELUS!!!!!!! They hung up before I answered. The next time they call - this is what I do to these losers - answer the phone and gently leave it off the hook untill the line beeps. So you guys - it's not VISA that is selling your phone number.

Caller called me and I returned the call and an indian answered - stating he is Customer Service.Trying to get me to lower my interest rates for the rest of my life.SCAM ! They apparently work with the banks to lower the rates - says it costs, but not out my account.I encourgage people to challenege these morons and call them back @ 1-(403) 648-9228Claims to be Lewis Armstrong. - WTF ? His toll free number is 1-+1 866-945-1131 ext 262www.ccconsumeradvocates.com

Canadians - Please report all calls from this # to the RCMP via their program Phone Busters. http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/scams-fraudes/phonebusters-eng.htm Maybe they'll put a stop to it before someone's grandma gives away her bank account info.
