This is a "have your own home business" company for KIRBY products.  Very unprofessional, it sounds like a couple is answering their house phone, forgetting to say "Kirby" as they pick up. One time the man even told me I must have had the wrong number and he had no idea who I was and nobody called me from his number. But their number is the only number to call my house line!!!!! Nobody else calls my house line ever... and this (250) 448-4613 shows up on my phone every day! They offered to have somebody come to my home and steam clean my carpets for free.... once again, sounding super unprofessional, fumbling with her words, not knowing a whole lot about the product. Not a trust worthy sounding business and company and if they are legit I suggest they work on better employees. I did look up Kirby online and it offers for anyone to run their own home business with them!
