I get several calls from this number every week, regarding getting a lower rate for my credit card. If you dial this number back, the recording says this number is not in service. Really pisses me off today because I'm home with a bad cold and the bastards woke me up.

This number is false, they are not in Victoria, BC, Canada. Caller said this is my last chance to get a lower interest rate on my credit card. I have received at least 8 "last chances" in recent months. I know it is Billsdebt, claiming to be affiliated with Visa and Mastercharge, phishing for credit card numbers and if you give them one you they will try to take out $1995. I wasn't doing anything so I thought I would waste some of their time. We progressed to the point where she asked for my credit card number. When I replied that she should already know that, as she called me, she hung up. I gather they are based in Nevada, so being on the Canadian Do Not Call list doesn't help - anyway, since they are a scam they wouldn't pay any attention to the DNC list.
