they claim they are a collection agent for city of winnipeg. call winnipeg's 311 instead. don't give any personal info over the phone

They have called me twice today, so far. I answered both times and there was no response. I eventually hung up. I am not aware of anything owed by me or my wife to the City of Winnipeg.

I get a call from this number nearly every day , from hours of in the morning till even 9 at night , I've never answered it , nor my father. I thought it was a business calling because it was too frequent to be a wrong number and I did not recognize it. I still have no idea who it is and still a little afraid to answer it.
