Further to my comment, It IS criminal for the Winnipeg Free Press to Harass us.  I wish to note that the Winnipeg Free Press IS, and I stress IS, breaking the LAW.  The Criminal Code of Canada states that three (3) or more times of a repeated offense such as HARASSMENT, is Criminal, and charges can be laid.  Criminal Harassment.  
The Winnipeg Free Press is breaking the LAW.

This number called me on several occasions- when answer the phone...no response and disconnect from caller.

I got a call from them and said I would subscribe. My subscription didnt start when promised and then was thrown halfway down my driveway in the snow instead of by the door. I called and cancelled after a week. Now I am continually getting calls from them with a hang up if it goes to the answering machine. Not impressed.

i got these calls too... so many people complain and nothing's happening... no change, no consequences... people write, harassment continues... is there a law in this country? or common sense at least...
